Snatch Pull Complex (1-1-1-1-1)

1 Snatch Pull + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
* Build each set.

* Object is to find a heavy complex with good form.

* Rest 2 minutes after each set.

Strength

Front Squat (5-5-5-5-5)

* Build to 75% of current 1RM and stay the same for all 5 sets.

* Rest 2 minutes between sets.
