Squat Snatch Complex (Work to a heavy)

1 Squat Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch
* With a 15 minute running clock, work to a heavy squat snatch complex.

* Rest as needed between sets.

* This time includes warm up sets and attempts.

Strength

Bench Press (10-10-10-10-10)

* Object is to build each set and find a moderately heavy 10 rep.

* If the bar is racked at any point during the set, the set is over. You may rest and reattempt or score the previous set of 10 reps that where completed.

* Rest exactly 2 minutes between sets.

* Spotters may be used for safety only. They may not help you with reps. If a spotter touches the bar at any time, the set is over.
