Clean push jerk split jerk (1-1-1-1-1)

* Perform 1 full squat clean + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk

* Object is to build to a heavy complex within the 5 given sets.

* Rest as needed between attempts.

Strength

Back Squat (2-2-2-2-2-2)

* Object is to build each set and find a heavy 2 rep for the day using all 6 sets.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
