Barbell Complex (1-1-1-1-1)

6 Deadlifts

4 Hang Power Cleans

2 Jerks
* The object is to build up to a a heavy complex for the day.

* All reps are to be unbroken without letting go of the bar. If the bar is dropped at any point during the complex, the complex is over for that set.

* Split jerk and/or push jerk are allowed.

* Rest as needed between sets.

Weightlifting

Front Squat (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

* Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes, perform 1 front squat from the rack.

* Use approximately 80-85% of your current 1 rep max for all 7 sets.
