CrossFit Tucker – Barbell Club

Open Gym Time

Today’s Barbell Club will be Open Gym style. You must work on barbell 1-2 movements during this time. Come is and hit a new one rep max, do percentage work, or just simply work technique on a lift or lifts that you have wanted to get better at.

**This time is not meant for making up WODs that where missed during the week. You may work on skills work AFTER working on a barbell movement.**
