* Try to find a 1RM 3 Position Snatch within the 7 sets given

* Rest 2 minutes between sets

Strength

Overhead Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

* Use 85% of 1RM for all 5 sets

* Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.

Bench Press (10-10-10)

* Build each set.

* Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.
