Snatch Complex (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatches + 2 Overhead Squats
* Build each set

* Find a heavy or max weight for the complex in the 7 given sets

* Rest 2 minutes between sets

Strength

Back Squat (10 minute EMOM)

* Perform 3 Reps on the minute ever minute

* Use 75% of 1RM
