Power Clean & Jerk Complex (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

1 Power clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 2 Jerks
* Build each set.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.


Back Racked Lunges (10-10-10-10)

* Warm up to a moderate weight and stay the same across for all 4 sets.

* Rest 1-2 minutes between sets

* Perform 10 GHD Sit-ups after each set.
