Hang Clean and Jerk Complex (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

3 sets of:

1 Hang Clean + 3 Jerks @70% of 1RM Clean and Jerk

4 set of:

1 Hang Clean + 2 Jerks @75% of 1RM Clean and Jerk
* Rest 2 minutes between sets

Strength

Front Squat (5-5-5-5-5)

* Use 75% of 1RM for all 5 sets.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
