2 sets at 80% of 1 rm

3 sets at 85% of 1 rm

2 sets at 90% of 1 rm

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

Strength

Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets of:

7 reps deadlift (100% of clean weight)

10 GHD situps between sets (40 total)

Then rest 2-3 minutes between sets
