800m Run

60 Air Squats

60 Abmat Sit-ups
* Abmat Sit-ups and Air Squats can be broken up in any way the team wishes, but all of the 800m runs MUST be together and only one person at a time working on the rep portion.

* The team may not start on the reps until the whole team is back from the 800m run.

* RX+ option: Weighted vest
