25 Tire Flips

150 Box Jumps 24/20

25 Tire Flips

200 Push Ups

25 Tire Flips

250 Double Unders

25 Tire Flips
* Every minute on the minute each team member perform 3 Burpees

* 1 Person working at a time.

* Only 1 Tire per team.
