CrossFit is a place for everyone! One of the best ways to get in shape is to have a community of supporters cheering you on. This starts with our No Sweat Intro. This is a chance for you to visit us, and see what we’re about.
We know we’re not the best fit for everyone, which is okay. What matters is you find a healthy, safe, fun, and friendly space to grow and get in shape.

CrossFit is defined as “constantly varied, functional movements are done at high intensity.” We combine many different practices, including Olympic weightlifting, running, gymnastics, powerlifting, free weights, and bodyweight exercises. Each workout, aka WOD, is done in a class setting and lasts about an hour. Each class is led by certified CrossFit coaches who will work with you on proper form and motivate you to do your best.
CrossFit is for everyone. No matter where you are at on your fitness journey, there is a modification for you. All workouts are scalable to your current ability. Many athletes that train with us make the necessary changes with weight, skills, and intensity of workouts. Our coaches are experts in improvising workouts based on your needs. Members in each class can range from CrossFit veterans to CrossFit newbies completing the same workout. Movement is for EVERYONE! CFT is here to help you achieve your goals of losing weight, getting stronger, and feeling happier.
