CrossFit Tucker is focused on providing smaller group classes with personal attention by a highly skilled CrossFit Coach. We focus on both strength and conditioning for all levels of athletes from beginners to experienced CrossFit athletes.  Our programming is perfect for everyone and can be scaled based on your fitness goals and level of experience.  We track your progress each week and work with you on your fitness and nutritional goals to help you stay active and healthy for decades to come.

Our Current class times are:

Monday – Friday: 5 am, 6:15 am and 5:30 pm.

Monday/Wednesday:  12:00 pm

Tuesday/Thursday:  9:30 am and 6:30 pm

Friday:  8:30 am

Saturday:  8 am CrossFit and 9:00 am Open Gym

Our no sweat intro (NSI) is designed to give you a time to discuss your fitness goals with one of our highly trained coaches to see how we can help YOU reach your goals. We don’t do contracts and we don’t believe in high pressure. What we do believe in is your ability to make a positive change and be the healthiest, fittest version of yourself for decades to come. it will take work, but we are here every step of the way.

It’s also a great way for you to see if our gym is right for you. We’ll also answer all of your questions about memberships, pricing and our fitness programs including CrossFit, one-on-one personal training, nutrition coaching and group fitness classes.

This is 100% free and if you decide to not go with CrossFit, we will support your decision. Remember, we don’t have contracts and won’t pressure you into anything.
