Our No Sweat Intro (NSI) is designed to give you time to discuss your fitness goals with one of our highly trained coaches to see how we can help YOU reach your goals. We don’t make contracts, and we don’t believe in high pressure. We believe in your ability to make a positive change and be the healthiest, fittest version of yourself for decades to come. It will take work, but we are here every step of the way.
It’s also a great way for you to see if our gym is right for you. We’ll also answer all of your questions about memberships, pricing, and our fitness programs, including CrossFit, Get F!T Bootcamp, one-on-one personal training, and nutrition coaching.

This is 100% free, and if you decide to not go with CrossFit Tucker, we will support your decision. Remember, we don’t have contracts and won’t pressure you into anything. We want you to come and experience our awesome gym and athletes and be excited to start your fitness journey. We also want you to feel like it’s the best fit for your fitness goals.
CrossFit and Get F!T Bootcamp group training are high intensity fitness programs that focus on functional movements. Our group training combines weightlifting, aerobic exercises and body weight movements in a constantly varied format. Group training inspires motivation and drives you to hard work, while having a coach ensures safety. Every session will be designed to offer a challenging workout that blends the best of different fitness methods, prioritizing grounded exercises and effective techniques.
Our CrossFit and Get F!T Bootcamp group training programs are for everyone. No matter where you are at on your fitness journey, there is a modification for you. All workouts are scalable to your current ability. Many athletes that train with us make the necessary changes with weight, skills, and intensity of workouts. Our coaches are experts in improvising workouts based on your needs. Members in each class can range from CrossFit and Bootcamp veterans to CrossFit and Bootcamp newbies completing the same workout. Movement is for EVERYONE! CFT is here to help you achieve your goals of losing weight, getting stronger, and feeling happier.
Each and every workout is adapted to your ability. Our coaches are adamant about helping you achieve proper form before adding weight. You won’t start lifting like athletes that you might see in the CrossFit games. Over time, as you get stronger and faster, we will continue to ensure the workouts stay challenging so your body never gets bored.
Since each movement is a building block to another, it is important to learn each one correctly, therfore, we require that you complete our On-Ramp course with one of our coaches. Some movements are very technical and require more time for development. You’ll have fun learning with our coaches. Call and schedule your session today!
Being consistent is the most important element to achieving your fitness goals. Attending class 4-5 times a week and proper nutrition and recovery are vital to your success.
One of the coolest aspects of group training is the community in which we train. Constantly having the guidance of your coach and the support of other class members makes group training a unique experience. We take the guesswork out of it, so your ONLY job is to show up with a good attitude and a willingness to work.
